dxva acceleration

Hi,

I'm running my PC with W7 64Bit, and have ripped my DVD library to ISO.
I now want to convert some of these to H264 with AC3.

I believe that to use dxva acceleration I will need a better video card, so what do I need to look for in my next video card?

The PC is just used for Office stuff, and the occasional DVD playback, so I'm only buying the card to improved my DVDFAB conversion process.
