DVD Write Question

DVD Write Question: I have selected the 'Write Speed' for 2.4x in the Common Settings for the DVD section but when it writes - it does a speed of 4.7x (when it's at the maximum speed) while doing the writing. Is this correct?

Post a burn log and we might be able to give a better answer but my guess is the media you're using has a low minimum rated speed of 4X. Might try ImgBurn for better control of burn speed and also it will report all speeds available per media ID (mid).

To add to the advice you have taken and used I would check out the youtube video on how to set up ImgBurn to work with DVDFab in the link below
