Region code reverts back after changing the GUI language

    Ver 9.0.1.1

    Windows 7 64bit

If you set the default region for either DVD or Blu-ray in the settings, and then you then change the GUI language, both those options reverts to "Ask before opening the disc". Why can it not remember the old setting?

Did you ever get an answer to this question? I'm not changing the GUI language, but I'm seeing similar behavior in that DVDFab seems to revert back to "ask before opening the disc" on its own. I believe this may be occurring when I switch from DVD Copy to BR Copy or vice versa.

Has anyone else seen this behavior? I'm running some automation software that's invoking DVDFab when a disc is inserted into the server's drive, but it stalls the process until the user discovers that it's stuck waiting for the region to be selected...

    Thanks,
    Bryan

The same crap with the latest beta/version. So it's stilled unsolved.

Plenty of other stuff I started not to bother to report as it always seems to fails below the radar.

The latest fun thing that started two versions ago is when you want to open up a .ifo file through the open file function in the Ripper module is that it now only suggests image files as defaults. If you want to open a regular ifo/vob file, you are now forced to drag the folder on to the programs GUI.

Okay, thanks. I guess I have to live with this "feature" for now. Bummer...
