Hi there, I have the full 8.2.2.2 version installed and licensed on my computer. I'm running Windows 7 64bit. I have this external blu-ray DVD burner: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827136244
When I do not have the burner connected to my computer, I can open DVDFab just fine, but when I connect that drive and try to open, I'll get an hourglass for half a second and then nothing happens. I go into my processes and there will be a DVDFab process running, and if I try to open again, another one opens, and so on. I've tried re-installing, rebooting, but nothing works. Oh and if I have the program open already, then plug in the drive, the program freezes and I can't do anything on it.
This is very frustrating and I'm just curious if anyone knows of a fix. I can give any other information that is needed. Thank you much!
