trying to open source BD disk

hi guys i use dvdfab 9.0.1.6 and when ia trying to open the source of my bluray disk it load forever and never finish .. And if I hit "cancel" it just hangs, have to kill it with task manager

ive tried 3 version of dvdfab different and nothing work !!!! is it a problem with my computer ... iam on window 7

someone can help me please thx guys

treasure national and for the country its canada bluray region 1
maybe its not region 1 ... not sure it i downloaded the movie or its from my videoclub !!!

hummm just try with another movie cinderella from my club video and it work perfectly ... so maybe its my movie .... i cannot open the source !!!
i made the .iso image of my movie with anydvd hd but iam not able to load the image also with dvdfab so i think its my movie the problem

just try also to burn my image file with imgburn and the process has faild ....
so its my movie i guess the problem !!!!
