    Doesn't work with win7

    Hi,

i installed the DVDFAB9, but the software dosen't starts. There is only the startscreen and the the error screen, see attached.

I don't have the chance to send a male report to the programmer, because the reporting tool it's also crashing.

I have 2 lifetime licenses for Blueray Ripp and Video Converter.

The Version 8 is running but often crashes during the video converting.

The Bluray Ripper works very well !!!

    Could anybody help me?

    UPDATE:

I installed the DVDFAB9.18 Beta and it works. I can access the program, now i will try...

Did you uninstall the update and reinstall it?
By any chance is this a new computer? Maybe you need to re-enter your license key.
I personally don't believe it's Win7 issue I'm running it on my Win7 without any issues.

Sounds like it may be due to missing runtime components of Visual C++
First thing I'd try is to reinstall:

If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
