    making an iso

Hey guys its been a long time.

was wondering what you might suggest is the best way to convert a ripped movie to an iso. Have been looking into this new vidon.me unit and am still on the fence but this sounds promising.

    regards rip

Hi Rip, if the movie is already ripped and there is no protection on it I use ImgBurn:

In DVD Copy just rip the main movie to an iso image instead of a folder.

Does it already write straight to ISO or is there a temp dir involved?

You can select the directory where you want the iso. It will write directly to an iso when you click on this button:

Works for me in 9.x but not 8.226. Whenever I press START to rip the full disc to an uncompressed ISO, nothing happens. Curiously enough the same DVD rips fine with 9.x.

I can't reproduce this. I tried this morning from both the disc and a HDD rip and 8.2.2.6 just works. You might try an uninstall and reinstall from a fresh download?

Looks like it's necessary. OTHO, is this feature free as the ripping part or does it work for 30 days only or something?

No, it has to be the paid version.
