    unable to upgrade 9

    Tried several times to upgrade 9020 to 9022. I choose Run and it goes all way to additional tasks. Then under addtional tasks it says it is downloading. Seems stuck. Have let this go for as long as 30 minutes. Have lifetime dvd fab and do yearly BR fab.
    Know there is a beta 9023. Haven't tried that yet.
    Thanks in advance for suggestions.

    Go ahead and download 9.0.2.3 and select "save as" rather than "run" then run the installer as administrator from the HDD.
