Burn a DVD with several episodes

Hi all,

I'm new here and new to DVDFab. My question is this....

I want to burn a dvd that will accomidate 12 episodes of a TV series that I have downloaded.

Can DVDFab do that? How do you do it so that when you insert the DVD in the player, you get a choice as to which episode you want to watch?

What format does the episodes have to be in? Avi, MKV, mp3...?

This may have been covered here before but I tried to search but to no avail.

And they are in the .mkv format

If .mkv is not a good format then what is?
