House season 5 disc 3 not recognized correctly

Hi there

When I load "House" season 5 disc 3 all I get is two short titles as shown in the attached screen dump.

There should be 4 episodes of app. 40 minutes. Whats wrong? The disc plays fine in the build in dvd-player on my mac. I'm using the mac edition 8.2.2.6

Here's some info from dvdfab about the disc... I'm guessing there's a clue in the last lines, but why does it do this? It plays fine anywhere else.

Try turning PathPlayer off for this title, don't forget to set back to always enable after.

Tried disabling pathplayer, but still no luck :-(

First I tried copying the VIDEO_TS to the HD and I would get:

Please note that despite the disc is named D1 (suggesting disc 1), it is disc 3 of that season, but I guess thats completely irrelevant here :-)
