      I think I may have found the solution to the problem.

      In the Nvidia Control Panel, there is an area where it says the following,

      With the Video Player Settings

      and

      With the Nvidia Settings.

      Use the "With the Video Player Settings".

      The Video looks much better, I told him to play around with the settings to Fine Tune the Picture, and that I would get back with him.
