How to do plain old backup of files

I have searched the General, Knowledgebase, etc., and couldn't find an answer to my question:

How can I use DVDFab to simply back up my files on computer to DVD? Windows 7 has a built-in CD/DVD burn method, but it doesn't support 16X speed DVD+R media.

Fab cannot do this... you may have been supplied software with your drive to do this.
