File to DVD

I can download movie files to my computer and watch them but I want to burn them onto a DVD. How exactly do I do this. I have Nero 9 Reloaded.
I used to use DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter to back up movies that I had on DVD. Backing up movies from my computer to a DVD is kind of new to me. I appreciate any insight.
