When Did the User Interface Change?

I downloaded and installed 9.x and the screen that I use to has been changed to a very simple screen with a couple of tabs. I am now lost! What's going on?
Is there a way to get back the old screen?
    Very disappointed,

    Hi Mr.Gale
I'm sorry but this is the new GUI for version 9.
It may be a little learning curve, but you will get use to it and enjoy the new features.
My suggestion is to play around with it to get use to it, as Version 8 is no more.

I haven't used DVDFab for a while and today I when through the tutorial on how to convert Blue-Ray to iPad but when I opened DVDFab none of the steps in the tutorial apply. Let me ask, how do I copy a Blue-Ray disk to a file that I can load into my iPad?
      Thanks for any help,
      Mr.Gale

          Hi Mr.Gale
Note: Click to download User Manual on DVDFab 9

I must be getting slow my friend, or just plain tired.

That's where I started but it has the old interface which is nothing like the new (that I can see).
            Thanks anyway,
            Mr.Gale

So what page shows me how to copy a Blue-Ray disk to a file that I can load into my iPad? (I looked but I couldn't find it)
              Thanks,
              Mr.Gale

I didn't check that, sorry. Select ripper and your source then click on the "Profile bar" down toward the bottom then click on the device tab at the top and pick Apple from the column down the left side. See attached:
