I am trying to copy Coach Carter and it says it is dual layer. I only have single layer media. I tried using the split feature but it says "dvd to dvd option is expired:. I have a paid copy so why is this. and can i do the movie on 2 disks?

If the DVD to DVD option has expired you will no longer be able to compress or burn discs.
Please check to see if you are registered correctly in Fab.

I downloaded the registration key but when I try to open the file it says WIndows can't open it.Comment

Sorry it took so long for me to respond.
If using version 8 and you have downloaded the key, open Fab click the ? click about, you should see a screen to enter your registration key, click the box "enter registration key" go to where your key is double click it or you can use copy and paste.
You should be good to go as long as it is not expired.
