Blu-Ray slightly larger than 25GB

I am trying to perform a full disk copy of a Blu-Ray that reports it is 25.5 GB in size. I really don't want to go to double layer and I really don't want just the main movie. Is there a way to squeeze out a little more than 25GB on a single layer disk? If I save "full disk" to my hard drive and then delete some things in the folder, then burn a Blu-ray, will it end up being a working Blu-ray less then 25GB?

You can cut this size down a bit but you have to re-encode to BD-25 after.
