how to keep iso files from being deleted in DVDFab 9

Hi. I'm new to the forum so please forgive me if I posted in the wrong place.

I used to be able to keep the iso files of the dvds I burned using DVDFab Platinum (now DVD Fab 9) Now everything disappears as soon as I hit "finish." I looked in the settings menu and cannot see where I might change it so that the files are NOT deleted. I prefer to keep the iso files so I can go back and burn again in case there was a problem

Hope this makes sense and thanks for any help!

Look in C:\documents\DVDFab(9)\iso I'll bet they are there, or do a search for *.iso.

      no *iso files found

thanks for your reply, I had already checked the documents folder prior to posting and the files were not there. I also did as you suggested and did a search for *.iso but that didnt bring up anything either except a file from a long time ago -nothing from last night or today.

I created a folder C:\Movies and st DVDFab to put my files there and this method has always worked for me. With iso I have to select it one more time before start.

will create new folder for the iso files

I know I'm going to sound really stupid but since I've never had to do this before, how do I know which directory I have to change for the files to be directed to it? Is it the Output Directory? and do I change any of the other directories?

          Thanks...

It the "Save To" box, it will save the iso to where ever is in this box, I'm not sure what happens if the folder in the "Save To" does not exist?

              I dont see a "Save To" option`

in the latest verion. Otherwise that would have been an obvious choice. The settings menu only lists an Output source Directory, a Temp file directory and a Snapshot Directory (whatever that is)

I tried going thru all the settings tabs but there is nothing that resembles a Save To option. Uts possible I'm overlooking it, but so far I have found nothing.

You can select it after you click on the iso symbol when you make the file.
