License/Key Can I still buy version 8?

I know the current version is v9, I also know there appears to still be some support for v8, but can I buy a 2 year license for v8 (8.2.2.8) if I never owned a license before? My 30 day trial just expired. This version works perfectly for me, I don't need any new features or improvements, what I do need is continued support with updated decryption files for my version.

So to restate my question/questions can I buy a 2 year license and will I be forced to upgrade my version at some point in the next two years?

Buy a license and you get both versions. You can always rip a movie to the hard drive with an updated V9 and then do whatever want to it with V8 if it's behind on decryption updates. Did it myself before the 8.2.2.9 update.

And I would suggest a "Lifetime" licence as the best option....

I've had mine for a LOOONG time.
