"Lifetime" subscription turns into 30-day trial

I purchased a lifetime subscription several years ago.

Since then, we've changed computers. I've downloaded DVDFab again but it shows DVD-> mobile device functionality as a 30-day trial.

The "lifetime" subscription, that I bought, included DVD->mobile device translation.

Frankly, I don't care about Blu-Ray or making DVD->DVD copies. I just wanted to be able to watch my own, regular DVDs on my iPod.

Can I still get a copy of the original program (that I paid for) that offered regular DVD-> iPod translation?

Any help would be appreciated.

What version were you using?
If it was pre- version 6 contact DVDFAB for a V6 key.

This shouldn't be a problem.
As Gruñón said, simply "retrieve" your Fab 6 regkey here:

http://www.dvdfab.com/retrieveregkey.htm

Be certain to select DVDFab 6.x (all in one e-mail).
You will also need to use the same email addy that you used when making the original purchase (or go through the extra steps to change it).
