Slow Encoding :(

PC Specs

Q9300 2.5Ghz
2GB DDR2 RAM
GTX 260 893MB (Latest Drivers)


"DVD TO MOBILE : PS3"

When it starts of the Encoding FPS Reaches 95FPS+ , ive just looked now and its falling to <80


How can i speed it up ?

Edit2 : 40FPS Now

You can check your Turbo CPU settings and memory allocation in Fab settings but other than that, you can't.
