I tried a couple times to upload a profile picture, but always get "upload failed" error. I used an editor to resize it so that it is less than 100x100 pixels and it's only 8K filesize. Why don't it upload?

It's now 62W x 80H and still won't upload. After selecting the file I want I pressed Save, the picture appears. Then I pressed Save again and get "Upload failed".
