Quirks DVD fab9

I have a problem when using DVD fab9 , where there is a "voice over" description of what can be seen onscreen that continues for the whole movie.
I have no idea why this is provided as it would only be of use to blind persons, and as far as I know they would not want to watch movies. When I use FAB 8 this does not occur,so there must be a difference in the "settings" between the two systems that I am not able to see.
Can anyone advise me on how to get rid of this feature--( the last movie where I had problem was "Promised Land" with Matt Damon)

I had this happen today when using Blu-ray copy main movie, on World war Z. First time its ever happen and really weird. I was using the latest beta version.

Use the drop down list and it will show all Audio tracks! Un-check the ones you don't want!

You can also do it with the Audio tracks!
