totally lost

I am new to all this and I am lost. The tutorial does not give a whole lot of info.
I am using Windows 7 and I have purchased DVD to DVD and DVD to Mobile. I use a Bberrry Storm2.
How do you select all titles or chapters simultaneously so that all are copied instead of one at a time.
Also, I did download one title and my Bberry says "unsupported format"
What am I doing wrong, besides everything???????
