Iron Man 3 3D

Just did a back-up (main movie only) of Iron Man 3 3D. After watching the back-up some how another the audio portion of the movie (giving screen description) was included. I am now in the process of ripping the full disc and will then try to back-up the main movie from the iso file. What I need to know is there possibly a step (setting) I may have missed in the original back-up that allow the secondary audio track to be copied?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
