    Bad installs

    9.0.6.3 works good.
    6.5, 6.6, 6.7, 6.8, 6.9, 7.0 won't install properly.
    Doing limited troubleshooting i can't open General page under Common Settings, General to check settings. It's just blank. All other pages open and settings all correspond to 9.0.6.3 settings. Limited knowledge. don't get to technical. Grandson said to buy new computer. Thanks

      Please update the driver of graphics card and try again.

      Please post your logs the default location is:
      For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
      For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
      Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
      If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
