life time membership

I have life time membership but when I installed 9.7 from 9.6.3 I am told my membership expired. Pass key still works along with hd decrypter and file transfer. I went to support and asked to resend key that sent a key for dvd6 what should I do now?

Just register it again, like you did with 9.0.6.3
