    mb/s running down to nothing

Any Blu-ray movie longer then 90 minutes ,full disc or main movie only, converted from 50GB to 25GB when copy process started the speed of the MB/s will drop down and drop down and drop down until it all stops.Tried several movies over 90 minutes long.It won't work.NO problems with 90 minutes or less movies.Meaning right now, I need to use 50GB discs to copy on for longer movies.I am using versions 8.2.2.9 and 9.0.7.0 ....Any thoughts....anyone ?! Never had this problem before.

1st try it with Fab version 9072 then go into Fab settings and check use all software see if this helps if not post the whole log for the attempt with 9072.

this problem must be somewhere else as it does not work with version 8.2.2.9 either.Computer still the same.Nothing has changed. The MB/s just dropping down to 0.06 and stop.I've tried everything possible to click on and off there is in the program.

Please use 9072 and send us the whole internal log for it.Their are many bug fixes and things not even listed in fab release notes that change or get fixed with each Fab issue so it's important if you want help to use the latest version of fab and send us the log file when something goes wrong.

Turning off Cuda by checking use all software helps in most cases for problem disks.Using the latest Fab version is even more important.

Please don't DISCONNECT we are here to help.Thought it was funny being that's the name of the movie (disconnect) in your log you are having trouble with.

OK here it is..first time settings are Software...MB/s gone down to about 2.80.Second time settings are with Cuda..MB/s gone down to 2.94.And just like version 9.0.7.1.....9.0.7.2 has the same problem...I can NOT tick on lightning shrink. Only version 9.0.7.0 let me do this.

Please use version 9072 with lightning recording unchecked and all software unchecked see screen capture then retry and post your log.Are you using bit defender for security program? .....Bitdefender Internet Security...

for some reason it interferes with fabcore.exe so that it keeps increasing in memory usage untill it caps at a certain level and then stalls....no need to uninstall Bitdefender though..... just go into settings/Exclusions/Excluded Processes and add dvdfab.exe and fabcore.exe..

P.S. I see your using XP there's others having problems with it and Fab is working on it now.

This may be a XP problem try version 8085 should work with this if it's a newer issue and fab problem.

Burt:If this is a burn problem to 50 gig disks as Artform is having then post your burn logs.It doesn't seem to be a burn problem to me from reading your 1st post.

                    Artform1946:
Bert's 1st posts talks about copy process not burn process. You should start your own topic if these two are different problems.Do you also use XP?

OK, version 8.0.8.5 does work better. In copy mode the MB/s dropped down to 1.12 and slowly creeped up to about 2.50 give or take. This movie is 140 minutes long and it would have taken about 4 plus hours to copy.I could take this.I just cancelled as this was a copy cloned disc already.Version 9.0.7.2 ...even won't let me tick on lightning shrink ???why NOT??, MB/s are so low down it would have taken 10-12 hours to copy.Anyway, thanks for your help, good man BERT

Pentium (R) Dual-Core CPU E5300@2.60GHz 200GB of Ram.Let's not forget version 9.0.6.9 was perfect for me. And so was 9.0.6.0. I would like to download them back but I don't know how.
