    Other Hardware Need another graphic card ..Help

    What graphic card do I need which is supported by Fab Intel Quick Sync ? Thanks.

    Intel Quick Sync is part of the newer 'i' series CPU's, not a graphics card. So you you'll need a new CPU and possibly motherboard and memory.

        Please update the driver of Intel® HD Graphics Card. And to use IQS in DVDFab, you need connect the monitor with the HD graphics card.

        If still could not use the IQS in DVDFab, please post the log file. fabcheck_internal.log and dvdfab_internal.log.

            BERT, Quick Sync is not on any graphics card it's on the CPU/motherboard an integrated graphics adapter. I'll attach my device manager screenshot you can see my graphics card (unplugged from the power supply) and Intel HD 4000 and that's the only one active on my system. I could take it (the graphics card) completely out but it's a good place to store it. Take a look:

                If you took the graphics card out of your computer would you have a place to connect the monitor?

                    You need to read up on the subject, this seems to be beyond me to explain here. Check your motherboard documentation and see if Lucid Logic Virtu is supported. And I only asked if right?

                        I would pull the GT520 video card out and use the Intel HD graphics, your video card isn't anything special.

                        If you leave the GT520 in, you need to check your motherboard bios and make sure the Intel HD graphics are always enabled, if not they'll disable when you plug in the GT520.

                        Once that's straightened out you need to see if LucidLogix VIRTU is supplied with your motherboard, this will enable Intel Quick Sync while the GT520 is plugged in.

                        You can always buy a copy here;

                        If you pull the GT520 the Quick Sync will just work providing you have the correct video driver. Here is a link;

                            You might want to go into "setup" and change the graphics to "int" or to integrated before pulling the graphics card or it might not have any graphics at all.
