Blank Media MKV to BD9 / BD5

Quick question from me - I have an MKV file that is 1.4 GB 1080p and want to burn this to a BD9 or BD5 1080p.

1. Which will give me the best quality after burning?
2. What bluray discs would I need for each of the above BD9 & BD5 respectively?

You can use a single layer dvd to burn tht size with imgburn
