CPU/GPU update GPU?

I'm working with a GTX460 in a i7-950 build for DVDFab Blu-Copy. Could I produce a more detailed blu copy by installing a new GPU?

No, not really. If you need more quality don't compress the movie and use 50GB disk's, or rip the complete movie to one of many un-compressed formats, for playback on a media device, such as WD TV.
