Won't update

I just bought DVDFab 9.1.0.6 the other day. I bought it because what was supposed to be the free HD Decrypter wouldn't load on any version of DVDFab. It said my trial had expired. It was never supposed to expire. I bought the program to back up my copy of Red 2. As you all know by now, that didn't work either. Supposedly version 9.1.1.1 will work. Now my problem is when I tell DVDFab to check for updates, nothing at all happens. It doesn't check for anything. Isn't it supposed to update every time there is a new version released? Am I doing something wrong? Doesn't it update through the program or do I have to download from the net. I shouldn't have to download a 46 meg file every time I need a new version.

Yes you need to download a updated 46 meg program every month or even more often as their are updates new features bug fixes and new protections added to disks all the time.There;s a setting to check in the program so your Version of Fab will check for a update everytime you use it.P.S. You need to have the internet connected to use it and check for updates.

The update window could not pop-up when you choosed Check for Update?
What's you OS version? xp sp2 32bit?
I think i meet same situation with you. But I don`t know it the same issue whether or not.
Send your log to us. Hope can resolved this issue.
