lightning shrink can't be turned off when used with QS

Noticed if you use and have quick sync set in Fab settings even if you uncheck lightning shrink close Fab then reopen it lightning shrink still is used for compression.I just wanted to turn it off to see if version 8 and 9 were the same speed in converting without lightning shrink.

They work very fast together this is great a 50g to 25g full disk conversion goes from 109 mins. in version 8 without lightning shrink to 32 mins. with it on with quick sync in version 9. That's using a 17 processor and a huge difference in conversion time.

I just wondered why if you uncheck it in version 9 it still is on and working for compressions when used with quick sync.

Lightning Shrink is used automatically when setting IQS/ CUDA as decoder and encoder.

Decoder + encoder is used in Fab8，Lightning Shrink is used in Fab9 and faster than fab8.
