    3D to 2D conversion

I have tried a couple of time to convert some of my 3D copies onto a 2D format so I can watch on a non 3D player and TV but each time it seems to convert okay but when put into a non 3D blu ray system I get the message saying it is a 3D disc and needs a 3d player and TV to be connected and then don't get any further.

I have went through the set up and it is all set to convert from 3D to 2D but doesn't seem to work. am I missing something??/

When you use full disk or main movie are you clicking on advanced settings and checking the make 2d movie as shown in my screen shot?

If yes post your internal log file for this disk learn how to post it at the link below in my post.

      Hi

sorry for the delayed response but during this time I converted one film from 3D to 2D okay but on trying one of the films we got for xmas it didn't work again, I checked that it was set for 2D conversion in the options but when you try to run it in a normal Blu ray player with no 3D TV attached it errors saying this is a 3D disc and requires a 3D set up to operate and then exits.
