    Not working after latest update

    Hi all,

I'm a happy user of both DVDFab8 and now 9, which have been working perfectly (v8 still is), until I recently upgraded DVDFab9 to new version (unfortunately I don't know what version I had installed before upgrading) - however it was with the "old style" UI, like DVDFab8 has.

DVDFab9 doesn't actually crash, when I launch it - however nothing happens, expect some center Square (the splash I pressume) is shown, but being completely White (as if DVDFab isn't painting the window).

If I press enter while have program in focus (seeing this White Square), it launches http://www.dvdfab.com/order.htm?s=dvdfab and if I press escape a few times it eventually exits - in what appears to be normal way.

The logs generated also doesn't seem to reveal anything. When starting application and seeing this White Square, two log files are generated,

None of which seems to hint that anything is wrong. I've tried to apply latest Windows patch (contained video Card update) and also update NVidia auto-detect of drivers and Applied what it found (http://www.nvidia.com/Download/Scan.aspx?lang=en-us).

However nothing seems to have any effect

I should mentioned that I at same point actually had the new DVDFab9 application appear, but when pressing on any button that would display dialog - nothing happen, but the UI became blocked (due to modal dialog) until I pressed escape Again to exit the dialog.

DVDFab9 is the only application that appears to be Struck by this "UI disease". Anyone having heard or experienced anything remotely similar to this - please advice

      Similar Problem in older verision

      DVD Fab v. 9.1.1.9 18/12/2013

I am having a similiar problem. When I load the program I first get an error message "FILE ERROR: AnimationSetting.txt" I close this and DVDFab loads but with the Live Update window WHITE. The program takes a while to open the DVD (as usual) but it works fine after that. There must be a little bug in the loading of the progam. This never happened in previous versions of 9.

Also, what happened to the progress bar??? It seems to have disappeared or been removed in this version. Only the left sidebar shows what is happening step by step. At least everything is working and the final copy is fine!
