9.1.3.3 shows splash screen but nothing after

Hi,

I downloaded and installed 9.1.3.3 - that went OK.

But when I go to run it the splash screen displays and then nothing thereafter.

Windows 7 task manager indicates no CPU for the process.

Attached is a log file I found.
