Virtual Drive Problems connecting

HI. I live in the UK and connect to the internet via a wireless dongle and BT home Hub. When I run DVDFab the program comes up with the following message: "DVDFab failed to connect to the internet, please check your network settings and reconnect, or enable HD Decrypter". Does anyone know how to get round this issue?? thanks.
