Starting with 9136 then 9138 and 9140 when I try to compress any DL Bluray to fit on a 25GB the process fails right after analyzing the source. The old 8229 works just fine and has no trouble compressing disks. How do I correct this process failure?

Cut and paste the internal log file from the movie you have trouble with not the whole log.Each movie produces it's own log and put it in a post here.See how to post log files in my link below. -
Thanks for directing me to the internal log. It showed that I was actually using 9.1.3.6, not 9.1.4.0 as the program itself showed. I noticed that 9.1.3.6 was still installed, so I uninstalled it, did NOT have to reinstall 9.1.4.0, and everything works fine now. Thanks again!Comment
