I'm obviously not the most computer literate person... When I try to watch a movie through preview on dvd fab that's backed up to my computer, when I put it to fullscreen I can only see the top half of the movie... is that a computer setting or something in dvd fab that needs to be changed?Tried playing it on another media player and full screen works, but then I need to figure out how to turn off subtitles and narrator.

It just does that, plays fine for a few seconds then goes to half screen or less. Looks like a bug.How to post the internal log

it opens fine on a free all in one media player... but I cant figure out how to turn off the directors cut narration and the subtitles...Comment

Direct show will play ok in full screen but it's a catch 22, it won't play the subtitles. So if you don't want subs anyway try changing the preview engine to Direct Show.How to post the internal log
