when I try to install my antivirus block it from install
anyone read in to this
my antivirus is Avast

Just installed 9168 no problem here, using Avast also.
Try right clicking the installer and select run as administrator.

I also got the same error, also using avast.
(edit) I used the upgrade method from dvdfab instead of the full install. Could that be it?

Download it to your computer, right click and install as administrator. Mine went without a hitch.
