I see where I can mve files, video and music, from a source to say my iPhone but I don't see where you can take files from the iunes folder and make a music DVD/CD. Anyone know how?

As GregiBoy says...
DVDFab is only designed to handle dvd video compliant structure, ie., VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS FOLDERS (will handle .ISO format as well since they contain the same files).
You will have to use 3rd party software to do this.
Fab will not burn cds.If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
