Auto select video size selects invalid size

When DVDFAB selects a video size on a disk with multiple files, like episodes in a series, the DVD stores the VOB files as 720x480. DVDFAB normally reads this data and somehow calculates the edges of the picture and frequently defaults to 640x480 during a rip. No problem with that or even removing the "space" from cinema wide shots that turn it into 720x307. However, it frequently calculates some as other than 640x480 and gives me 632x480, 631x480 and 630x480, then when it starts the rip, it crashes with an error that the video frame is wrong (Work 1 failed, Error = graph not_suitable_connected_filter graph(0) - pinName:video frame ). Does this need to be fixed in DVDFAB or am I doing something wrong. When it crashes, or I notice it beforehand, and manually change it back to 640x480, it rips without a hitch. Why is it pulling the wrong data on the frame size?
