my sequence of letters and numbers are not working for me is there any order or dashes i need to insert in the past when ive purchased programs as such they give you the boxes say for example when your asked for SS# or Telephone # can anyone help me:

I'm not sure of exactly what steps you've tried...manually, c&p, etc.,...
It's generally best to just doubleclick on your attachment.
