Can't backup District 9 using 6.2.1.8

When I try to backup District 9, I get a Reading/Writing Error Control at 10.12%. Itried to Retry and no success, then Ignor with no success, Ignor All and then DVDFAB locks up. I don't know if Pathfinder is set right, because I don't know how to get to the settings.
