I purchased DVDFAB 5 about a 1year ago and i thought i backed up my key but i lost it anyway and i've tryed the help thing in support and it says my e-mail can not be found and it is the same one i've had for 7yrs. Is there som how i can talk to someone live to get a key back or di i have to buy the programe over .

This shouldn't be a big deal to fix.
First off, pm Fengtao with your license number and include your email addy.
You'll find your license # in the application...click on the ? mark icon.
Every once in awhile, folks get lost in Fab's database...happened to me a couple years back as well.
I will alert Fengtao to this and don't hesitate to pm me if this doesn't get resolved. It may take a day or two, but hopefully not.If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
