You enter one of the modes that allows you to download video and it tells you that there is a new version of the plug-in. You download and let it install this version.

The next time you press the Download button, it tells you once again that there is a new version to install - in fact the same one that you just installed.

The only way to get rid of this "loop" is to restart the program.

So, shouldn't there be some type of check that the version installed is also the latest one available?

The update dialog box should not pop up again after installing the new plug-in without restart DVDFab.

Please post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
