How to get dvdfab to autoplay

I was never able to figure out how to get dvdfab to launch when I inserted a dvd in the drive on my windows 7 machine, and now with a new 8.1 machine I still can't figure it out; very maddening!

I found the autoplay window, but dvdfab is not in the list of possible actions. How can I add it to the list?
