I saved my registration keys on a flash drive and they don't work

Used to have the monkey icon with them. Now they are just white icons. When i double click...says that can't read them or some sort. I have a three year subscription...can you help me? Found one good key for dvd to dvd and one for blu ray to blu ray on my master CD. Am I not able to save to flash drive? Not sure if it is because I have a new motherboard after my old one gave up the ghost on Friday night

Glad to hear it's resolved.
If you're ever in this pickle again...
Right click on the "white icon" > Open with > select DVDFab.exe and you should be all set
