Can't remove directors commentary

Hi, i have been using Fab for several years now with great success but i have recently started using for blu ray a format that i am not really familiar with. My problem is that when i copy a blu ray movie ( any one i own ) the finished file or disc has the directors commentary playing and i cannot disable in in any player (powerdvd ultra or media player classic ). I have enabled any disabled every combination of audio track and subpicture track but do not seam able to remove the commentary from the finished file or disc. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

There is a bluray forum on this site for bluray questions. I had similar problems at one time came from keeping the AC2/3 track. Now I check the remove HDaudio and keep the first DTS/5.1 track and haven't had the problem since.
