Started new thread--- Help Needed

Hello all,

i am french so please apologize for my bad english here

I just bought IPHONE 3GS

So i try to make a video to put on my i phone.

I am familiair with DVDFAB that i use since 5-6 year now !!!

But i don't understand how to do QUICKLY a convert from my VIDEO_TS to MP4

I explain :

I follow the tuto on the other thread, but still after 2 hour nothing happen.

I have a folder with main movie inside : about 5 GB

when i clik on folder i have

VTS_01_1.VOB and VTS_01_2.VOB... until 6 + 2 files .ifo and 2 files .bup

everything normal until here i suppose

so i go to DVD to mobile an i choose IPHONE

I go choose my VIDEO_TS on source then a folder i create for put my new file create by dvdfab (after convcert) then i press start.

the fisrt VTS_01_1.VOB take about 5 minutes for all convert, but when start the 2nd, looks like nothing happen (just the times continu to work)

Now it's about 1h30 mn !!!.

BUt all VTS_01_1 TO 6.VOB have the same size (1 048 574 Ko).

So what's wrong ?

My computer is quickly enought because i have windows vista 64b and i read everydays some bluray on my computer, so i thnk it's not a slow machine !!! Sorry but i don't know nothing about specifications but i have 4G of ram.

Tex,

if you have ripped a movie using DVD to DVD to your hard drive. Then All you have to do is:

Select DVD to Mobile and select the iPhone profile.

Select the target as the folder your Video_TS is in and not the Video_TS folder.

If you ripped just the mainmovie then there should be just one entry in the window to select. If you ripped the whole dvd then DVD to Mobile will select the most likely choice. The choice you see will be something like:

title 1 () 1:55 16x9
title 2 () 0:05 16x9 etc.

you would select the title 1....

Press the Edit at the bottom to adjust your profile setting for bit rate etc.
