newer ripped dvd/blurays play no sound

hi there

i use 9.2.0.5 and have moved also to 9.2.0.8 with the same issue.
i use normally the standad m2ts format, have also tried it with mp4 standard format... same issue!

the dvd/blurays i ripped on my network drive play on sony tv without sound now! older 4 weeks, all ripped dvd/bluray play normal...

now, when playing the dvd/bluray without sound on laptop I get them correct with sound!

and... even when mirroring from laptop to sony TV, I get them with sound!!

just directly viewing them on tv, sucking from the network drive... is without sound¨

anyone has an idea what to do??

please post the dvdfab internal log files. without them
it's all guesswork.

aha. ok. where do i find that?

Blue downward pointing triangle in upper right hand corner (settings). Then choose "open log folder".

For me, the manual path in Windows 7 was "C:\Users\UserName\Documents\DVDFab9\Log"

ok. have found two log files and attached them.
now, the last 4 dvd/bluray ripps are for sure such problem cases...

by the way, i just tried to access my profile but it says i do not have enough privileges?
is that normal? do I have to do something to get accredited here?
